HOW WILL I BE PAID FOR MY VEHICLE?
The options for payment are either:-
- Electronic bank transfer directly into your account. This service is completely free
and your bank will email you once the payment has been made.
- Cash
- Cheque
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A V5 REGISTRATION DOCUMENT?
We will need your original V5 Registration Document and the car must be registered in your name and address. If you have misplaced this document then a replacement can be obtained by completing form V62 which you can either download from the DVLA website or pick up at your local post office.
WHAT IF I HAVE OUTSTANDING FINANCE ON MY CAR?
Do not worry - most of our customers do. Any finance on your vehicle will be settled by us as part of the transaction. You quite simply call the finance company and ask for a settlement figure in writing, we will then give you the difference between the agreed purchase value and the amount outstanding with the finance company. If however you owe more to the finance company than the agreed purchase price you will need to pay us the difference.
HOW DO YOU VALUE MY CAR?
The value is calculated using the industries standard car valuation methods taking into account the make, model, mileage and condition of your vehicle. Our valuations will be accurate based on the information you provide, so please try to be as precise as possible.
